Presenter File Submissions

If you are giving a live presentation or a poster presentation at BORS 2020 please follow the instructions and use the links below to submit the appropriate files.

Live Presenters

Live presenters can upload a 960 by 720 pixel visual abstract giving a flavour of their live presentation.

  • The file should be a *.png file
  • The maximum allowable file size is 1MB
  • Include your name and the submission number in the filename
  • The deadline to upload your file is 23:59 UK time on Friday 4 September – no further extensions will be granted

Poster Presenters

Poster presenters should upload a 3 minute poster presentation. Advice on how to record a poster presentation in PowerPoint is available here.

  • The file should be a *.mp4 file
  • The maximum allowable file size is 100MB
  • Include your name and the submission number in the filename
  • The deadline to upload your file is 23:59 UK time on Tuesday 1 September – submission is now closed.
