British Orthopaedic Research Society

The British Orthopaedic Research Society (BORS) is a multidisciplinary association devoted to facilitating collaboration in orthopaedic and musculoskeletal research.

Membership Application

To join as a member of the British Orthopaedic Research Society please complete the membership application form and complete the online GoCardless Direct Debit membership payment form. Please use the same email address on both to assist us in checking your membership application.

The first annual membership payment will be taken on the 1st of August. Future annual rolling membership payments will be also taken on the 1st of August in subsequent years.

Benefits of membership:

BORS membership is only £50 per year and includes the following benefits:

  • Reduced registration fee for the annual meeting, with abstracts published in the Bone & Joint Journal.
  • Eligibility to apply for BORS awards and the BORS/BJR International Travelling Fellowships.
  • Eligibility to apply for BORS awards at the British Orthopaedic Association.
  • Eligibility to serve on the BORS committee.
